Airess will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. All requests for refund must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Sale (“Private Sale” or “Trunk Show” sales) merchandise is non-refundable and returns will be issued in the form of an exchange or credit within 30 days of the original purchase.
Without a receipt, we will gladly exchange or issue a credit on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise based on the current selling price.
Merchandise must have hangtags attached.
Shipping rates are non-refundable.
